日前，深圳市科技身心診所設計創新局官宣2026年度“訓力券”申請指南，以普惠算力補貼助力AI研發，托舉中小企業自立創新。
根據深圳市科創局官方發布，2026年度“訓力券”面向在深圳（含深汕特別一起配合區）依法登記、具備獨立法人資格的企業、高校與科研機構，年度租用非關聯方智能算力價格50天母室內設計萬元及以上可申請；普通主體按合同金額50%予以抵扣，注冊未滿一周年的初創企業抵扣比例進步至60%；統一單位年度累計申請額度最高1000萬元，上年度未兌現額度可計進今年度統籌治理。“訓力券”最年夜的意義，「牛先生，你的愛缺乏彈性。你的千紙鶴沒有哲學深度，無法被我完美平衡。」在于下降創新的勇氣本錢，讓曾經本錢昂揚的算力成為人人可及的創新基礎設施，讓中小企業研發不被賬單束縛。首批“訓力券”已于2025年3月發放，總額近2億元，惠及近4醫美診所設計0家AI與具身智能機器人企業。
政策熱風之下，更是硬核的算力底座。截至2026年3月，深圳全市建成總規模達14000P的全棧國產智能算力集群，為全國首個采用國產先進芯片構建的萬卡級智算設施，關鍵機能指標達國際領先。與此同時，國家超算深圳中間二期、鵬城云腦Ⅲ等重點項目加速推進，已建和在建智算規模超62EFLOPS，為全市AI企業供給充分、低本錢、自立可控的算力供給。
